Before you go
- •Bring photo ID, insurance or HUSKY card if you have one, and a medication list.
- •Ask about sliding-scale fees, interpreter support, and new-patient appointments.
- •Bring immigration notices, identity documents, court papers, and any prior applications if you have them.
