About This Resource

Provides initial domestic health screening for newly arrived refugees in the Greater New Haven area and establishes longitudinal primary care. Approximately 250 refugees screened annually.

Referral through IRIS (Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services).

Before you go

  • This program is for newly arrived refugees in Greater New Haven. It does both the first health screening and ongoing primary care. Open weekdays 8am-5pm.
