About This Resource
Free outpatient clinic for adults with court, probation, parole, or reentry involvement who want an assessment or treatment for substance use. A joint program of the Connecticut Mental Health Center (DMHAS) and the Law and Psychiatry Division at the Yale School of Medicine. Services include diagnostic evaluation, individual and group therapy, medication for substance use, case management, harm reduction, peer support, relapse prevention, trauma and domestic violence groups, and referrals to primary care.

How to Get Help
Call the clinic at (203) 737-2821 to discuss eligibility and schedule an appointment. You can refer yourself; you do not need a referral from a court or a probation officer. The clinic also takes referrals from the courts, probation, parole, jails, and prisons.
Before you go
- •There is no fee, and the clinic treats people with and without insurance.
- •You can refer yourself. A court or probation referral is not required.
- •Wednesday has evening hours until 8:00 PM if you cannot come during the workday.
- •Medication for substance use is available, including Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Narcan.
- •For adults 18 and older. No documents are required to call, but ask what to bring to the first visit.
