The dental plan for HUSKY Health and Covered CT members. Call to find a dentist who takes HUSKY, get help making an appointment, or ask what your plan covers. Exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions, dentures, root canals, crowns and oral surgery are covered at no cost at participating dentists, and help with translation and transportation is available.

HUSKY Health and Covered CT members can call 855-CT-DENTAL, (855) 283-3682, or send a message through the member portal. Deaf or hard-of-hearing callers can dial 711 for Relay Connecticut.

- •You pay only if you see a dentist outside the plan or agree in writing to a service it does not cover.
- •Braces are covered only for members under 21, with prior approval.
