About This Resource

WIC gives healthy food, nutrition advice and breastfeeding support to pregnant people, new moms, babies and children under 5 who qualify. Enrolled moms can also get one-on-one help from breastfeeding peer counselors. You do not need to be a U.S. citizen.

How to Get Help

Fill out the state's online WIC form or call the office. Bring proof of income, proof of address and your child. Also bring a WIC form from your medical provider, or make sure a recent height, weight and blood test are on file. Infants do not need a blood test.
