APNH Food Pantry, Testing, and Case Management

APNH: A Place to Nourish Your Health

Free and confidential HIV, Hep C, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia testing; PrEP linkage; HIV case management; behavioral health referrals; and emergency food pantry access for APNH clients and community pantry days for New Haven residents.

Office/testing: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Community pantry: 1st & 3rd Thu 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-3pm.

Before you go: Testing generally takes about 30 minutes; rapid HIV, Hep C, and syphilis results are available in about 20 minutes.

Mobile medical clinic and storefront providing primary care, behavioral health, HIV care, flu/COVID vaccines, substance use treatment, and syringe services. Operates one of the largest naloxone distribution programs in CT.
