APNH Food Pantry, Testing, and Case Management

APNH: A Place to Nourish Your Health

Free and confidential HIV, Hep C, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia testing; PrEP linkage; HIV case management; behavioral health referrals; and emergency food pantry access for APNH clients and community pantry days for New Haven residents.

Office/testing: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Community pantry: 1st & 3rd Thu 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-3pm.

Before you go: Testing generally takes about 30 minutes; rapid HIV, Hep C, and syphilis results are available in about 20 minutes.

Trinity Church on the Green

Outdoor worship service and free meal for homeless and vulnerable community members. Drumming circle, Eucharist, healing prayers, and fellowship.

Dixwell Newhallville Community Mental Health Services

Monthly food pantry at the community mental health center. Bring photo ID and proof of address for first visit. Bring bags for shopping.

Fellowship Place

Recovery-oriented services for adults living with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Programs include supported employment, housing, social rehabilitation, and wellness activities.

LGBTQ+ community support, youth programming, case management, referrals, and basic-needs navigation for food, housing, clothing, utilities, transportation, and other community resources.
